How to become a cable broadband internet user
- If you want to use a cable broadband internet you have to sign a contract with EVROTURSAT for the service 'cable TV-all programs'. You can contact us for more information
- If you are a client of EVROTURSAT already, contact us by phone or e-mail and give us your exact address for a technical research at your address.
- If there is a technical possibility a cable internet to be provided at the given address, you have to sign a contract with us for the service
- You must have a cable modem for the cable broadband internet. We can offer you a modem and installation. No taxes for the installation.
- Then you have to buy an Internet Bulgaria cable broadband access card. You can buy a card with limited traffic which is valid 30 days since first login to internet or limited time which is valid for 30, 60 or 90 days since first login to internet. - When the card is spent you have to buy another card. See instructions for work.
INSTRUCTION FOR WORK
If you want to use the cable broadband internet access card :

- Become a client of EVROTURSAT TV signing a contract for for the service 'cable broadband TV-all programs'. If you are not a client of EVROTURSAT call us on 02/963 1552 or e-mail us:cable@internet-bg.net
- If you are already a client of EVROTURSAT contact us by phone or e-mail and give us your exact address for a technical research. Almost 100% of Sofia area is covered.
- Sign a contract with INTERNET BULGARIA for a cable broadband internet. Activation of the service costs 22 leva initial fee.
- You must have a cable modem which costs 130 leva for the cable broadband internet. We can offer you a modem and installation. No taxes for installation.
- 5. Then you have to buy an Internet Bulgaria cable broadband access card. You can buy a card with limited traffic /which is valid 30 days since activating/ or limited time /which is valid 30, 60 or 90 days since activating/. Your ID number will be the same as the serial number of the first card you buy. You can recharge your card by using this ID.
How the service charges
1.If you want to use a card with limited traffic-you can choose any card charged with Internet traffic and prepay for it. The serial number of the card is your ID number.
You can use the card charged with limited traffic for a period of 30 days after first login to internet.
If the period of 30 days is not over and you want to recharge your ID number with more traffic, you have to buy another card from the same kind-charged with limited traffic. Next card will be active for another 30 days.
To login into internet after the 30 days period is over, when your ID is already invalid, you have to buy another card and get another ID number. To activate your new card please contact us on 02/9631552 or by e-mailcable@internet-bg.net
2.If you want to use a card with limited time- you can buy a card activated for 30/60/90 days unlimited time.

To recharge your ID number with extra traffic before 30/60/90 days period is over you have to buy another card from the same kind. The new card will be active for another 30/60/90 days.
When the card charged with unlimited time is spent you can buy and use a card of any kind.
